Here are a few good reasons you don’t want to host teen parties with alcohol.



In Wyoming, it is illegal:*

• To furnish or sell alcohol to minors, unless they are your immediate family or legal ward.

Wyoming State Statute § 12-6-101

• To host parties where minors are possessing or consuming alcohol at any

residence or premise that is owned, rented, leased or subleased.

Wyoming State Statute § 6-4-406

Penalties upon conviction:

• Time in the county jail up to six (6) months, a fine of not more than $750, or both.  Wyoming State Statute § 12-8-101
